THEATER
1. SPECIFICATIONS
All participants agree to comply with the following considerations:
I). Cast or theater groups over 18 years of age of any nationality may participate.
II). All projects received will enter a selection process. The selected projects in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee.The selected projects will participate in the presentations of the Intercontinental Biennial whose presentations include countries from America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
III). Any objection foreseen or not in the rules will be resolved by the Biennial in a final and unappealable manner.
IV) Participants must send the following information:
A). Description of the project in doc, docx or PDF file: Author or authors of the play, Name of the project, brief description of the project. Consider a link to Youtube, Vimeo, Google Drive or any other where the play, reel or presentation can be seen. You may also consider websites or any other information that helps to have more complete information about the project
B). Images of the play. Attach photos and images of the play in a folder, you can include photos from your previous performances. Then compress the folder into zip or rar format.
2. DATE
Deadline: November 25; 2024
Announcement of selected projects : November 30, 2024
Announcement of Award-winner projects : December 15, 2024
Presentations & Exhibition: February 28, 2025- March 10, 2025
3. fORM THEATER
Use the following form to send your projects. Please check the extension of your files before sending them through the form. If the project information between images and description exceeds 8MB you can send your project using any file transfer application Google Drive, OneDrive, Wetransfer or any other similar application and notify the email: ib@intercontinentalbienal.org

Enter your first and last name and email
b. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In a document with extension: “doc”, “docx” or “PDF”, enter Name of the group of the author(s); description of your project (country, what it is about, characteristics, URL’s Youtube, Vimeo, web site, social plataforms, etc).
c. IMAGES COMPRESSED
Attach images of the play, images of your presentations. Finally compress it in zip or rar format.
d. CONFIRMATION
Once the information has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not forget to add our email address to your address book to avoid that our communications reach your spam folder.
