1. CONTEST & PRESENTATION
SPECIFICATIONS
I). Competition Participants: Artists of any nationality participate in the competition and presentation. Projects from any country in the world can participate. Dances of different types can participate. Authors from any country and over 18. Group proposals may also be submitted.
II). Competition Participants: Intercontinental Biennial artists with new projects. Intercontinental Biennial artists with non-winning projects.
III). All projects received will be subject to a selection process. The projects selected in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee. Out of the group of selected projects, finalist projects are chosen. The winning projects in the competition will be selected from the shortlist. The projects selected, finalists and winners will be recognized at the official recognition ceremony.
IV. All projects received will be subject to a selection process. The selection of works will be the responsibility of the organizing committee. . Only the selected projects, finalists and winners will be presented during official activities in Panama. Selected projects participate in the presentation in all countries we reach. Our global tour includes countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania
V). Any objection foreseen or not in the bases will be resolved by the Biennial definitively and without appeal
VII) Participants should submit the following information:
A). Project description in doc, docx or PDF file: Author or Authors of the dance, short description of the project. Consider a link to YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive or any other where you can view the dance, reel or presentation.
B). Images of the dance: Attach photos and images of the dance in a folder, you can include photos from your previous presentations. Then compresses the folder into zip or rar format.
2. DATE
Deadline: September 15; 2025
Announcement of selected projects : Sept 20, 2025
Announcement of Award-winner projects : October 15, 2025
Presentations & Exhibition: November 28 -December 8, 2025
3. fORM DANCE
Use the following form to send your projects. Please check the extension of your files before sending them through the form. If the project information between images and description exceeds 8MB you can send your project using any file transfer application Google Drive, OneDrive Wetransfer or any other similar application and notify the email: ib@intercontinentalbienal.org

DESCRIPTION
In a document with extension: “doc”, “docx” or “PDF”, enter Name of the group of the author(s); description of your project (country, what it is about, characteristics, URL’s).
c. PROJECT IMAGES
Attach images of the dance, images of your presentations. Finally compress it in zip or rar format.
d. CONFIRMATION
Once the information has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not forget to add our email address to your address book to avoid that our communications reach your spam folder.
