All participants agree to comply with the following requirements:
I). Projects from any country in the world can participate. In this edition, works consisting of a single piece of music/theme or song, with no limit of duration, will be awarded. Authors from any country and over 18 years of age may participate. Group proposals may also be submitted.

II). Any musical genre. All projects received will enter a selection process.

The selected projects in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee.The selected projects will participate in the presentations of the Intercontinental Biennial whose presentations include countries from America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

IV). The selection of the works will be the responsibility of the organizing committee. Any objection provided for or not in the bases will be resolved by the Biennial definitively and without appeal.

V). Projects must be submitted in MP4 or MOV format. Name the file as follows: Country of origin followed by the name of the song and your first and last name. Finally, compress it in zip or rar format.

VI). Also send a brief description of the project in doc, docx or PDF file. In the project description you can add some web links related to the work to have a better view of it. For example, web link with some additional videos and web link of photos of some performances. You can also consider links to social networks and websites, if you have them.
