I). Competition Participants: Artists of any nationality participate in the competition and  presentation. Projects from any country in the world can participate. Cast or theater groups over 18 years of age of any nationality may participate.

II). Competition Participants: Intercontinental Biennial artists with new projects. Artists of the Intercontinental with non-winning projects.

III). All projects received will be subject to a selection process. The projects selected in the process will be certified and recognized by the Organizing Committee. Out of the group of selected projects, finalist projects are chosen. The winning projects in the competition will be selected from the shortlist. The projects selected, finalists and winners will be recognized at the official recognition ceremony.

IV. All projects received will be subject to a selection process. The selection of works will be the responsibility of the organizing committee. . Only the selected projects, finalists and winners will be presented during official activities in Panama. Selected projects participate in the presentation in all countries we reach. Our global tour includes countries in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania

V).  Any objection foreseen or not in the rules will be resolved by the Biennial in a final and unappealable manner.

VI) Participants must send the following information:

A). Description of the project in doc, docx or PDF file: Author or authors of the play, Name  of the project, brief description of the project. Consider a link to Youtube, Vimeo, Google Drive or any other where the play, reel or presentation can be seen. You may also consider websites or any other information that helps to have more complete information about the project 

B).  Images of the play.  Attach photos and images of the play in a folder, you can include photos from your previous performances. Then compress the folder into zip or rar format.
